We offer 2 delivery methods. Please pay close attention to the different delivery times for each method.
Express Mail "EMS" (faster method):
EMS takes 5 - 7 business days to deliver to most countries. For countries that cannot be reached via EMS, we will ship your order via Registered Airmail. EMS is delivered by your local postal service, and CANNOT deliver to a P.O. Box. You will need to sign for the package upon delivery. You can read more about EMS service here .
Registered Airmail (cheaper but slower method):
Registered Airmail can take longer than EMS delivery (up to 14 business days). This method CAN deliver to a P.O. Box. If you do not have a P.O. Box, you will need to sign for the package.
How to return your purchase
1. Please contact us at support@henrygdance.com and request a return code.
2. We will then reply with your return code, our return address, and detailed return instructions.
3. Once the condition of your returned item has been checked by a Henry G associate, you will receive a full refund (if claimed within 30 days), another order of the same value or a credit for the value of your purchase – whichever you choose.
*Please note that you will pay for shipping returns back to Henry G Dance. If your return claim was made within 30-days, any exchanges will be shipped back to you for FREE. Exchanges are to an equal or lesser value of the original purchase price.
